She reads paystubs, W-2s, bank statements, and 1003s, calculates income, answers FHA, VA, Fannie, and Freddie guideline questions, checks county and HUD loan limits, pre-qualifies files, sends custom document checklists, coordinates borrowers and realtors in the portal, reaches out to appraisers and title companies, and automates borrower follow-up by voice, SMS, and email.

- Pre-Underwriter — $95/mo: full origination platform plus Lucy in-app; no borrower outreach

- LOA Pro — $595/mo: adds blasts, website widget, custom single-page site, and higher pools
- LOA Enterprise — $995/mo base: team seats, shared capacity, lead routing, and priority support

Pre-Underwriter and LOA Starter are self-serve signup. LOA Pro and LOA Enterprise can sign up or book a demo.

There is no free trial at this time because Lucy requires phone and email provisioning per workspace.
